Wilson House is a traditional old English farmhouse with modern amenities. Our aim is to provide comfortable quality accommodation with an informal and friendly atmosphere. The bedrooms are spacious and have comfortable beds TVs easy chairs and hot drinks facilities. The price includes full breakfast with a great choice from our extensive menu. Evening meals can be booked by arrangement Breakfast and dinner are served in the conservatory or dining room. Where possible fresh local and home produced ingredients are used to prepare delicious imaginative meals. We are also happy to cater for individual diets. Set amidst beautiful scenery Wilson House is a place to relax and unwind. This is an excellent location for visiting interesting North Yorkshire and Durham market towns or cities or abandoning the car and enjoying riverside or moorland walks right from the doorstep. We can only accommodate 6 guests in the house but also have an adjoining self-catering holiday cottage which sleeps 4 people so you can get together with family or friends. We don't allow pets in the house or cottage but you can bring them along if they are happy to sleep in your vehicle. We welcome you to enjoy our farm and this beautiful part of England.
Leave A1 at Scotch Corner and take A66 Brough/ Penrith road. Travel 10miles to Greta Bridge turn left at sign for Greta Bridge Brignall Barnigham. Take first left signed Barningham 2. Travel for 1 mile to Wilson House which is the second farm on the right. Please do not rely on sat nav postcode as this can lead to a number of neighbouring farms.;Darlington
